Yes, I can draw a caricature from a photo.
Depending on the season, it can take an average of 2-3 weeks to receive a finished caricature.
Your caricature is hand drawn in a digital format. Color is also applied digitally. The final product will be delivered to you via e-mail.
Many people give a caricature as a unique and personalized gift. Others have used caricatures to display the people in their company on the foyer wall. I have also seen caricatures used for sign in boards, ‘Just Married’ posters, social media avatars, etc. There are many things that you can do with a caricature…the sky’s the limit!
All caricatures are rendered digitally and the final product will be delivered to you via e-mail.
Candid photos are great. The bigger the face in the photo, the better. We request at lease two photos of each individual from different angles (e.g., front and 3/4 angle), and include a body shot, too. If you are scanning photos in to your computer, be sure to scan them at 200% of their size and at 72dpi (dots per inch). You should be able to save them as hi-res JPG images for e-mailing. Remember, the better the image, the better the result.
Please shy away from taking a distant shot and zooming up on an individual’s face as this does not produce a quality photo to work from. Choose close-up photos instead.

Live Caricature Entertainment is a unique form of entertainment where a caricature artist draws you and your guests or customers on site at your party or event.
Currently, I am available for weekend bookings only.
Live Caricature Entertainment is billed at an hourly rate. You may view rates on our Parties & Events page under Caricature Services.
Generally, there is a two hour minimum; however, I can be flexible if there is a small enough gathering.
I am asked this quite a bit. However, I like to think of my services as a unique form of entertainment which focuses on quality caricatures that resemble the likeness of you and your guests.
For traditional caricatures (black marker on white card stock), my average is approximately 12-15 faces per hour.
For digital caricatures (drawn on a digital tablet and printed), my average is approximately 6-7 faces per hour in color.

Live Entertainment Caricatures are of a head and shoulders orientation.
Traditional caricatures are done in permanent marker on a sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ card stock (black & white).
Digital caricatures are drawn on a digital tablet and can be rendered in black & white, or in color and are printed on site in a 4″ x 6″ format.
Depending on the size of the crowd, I cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to receive a caricature; however, I can guarantee that those who do have the opportunity to receive a caricature and those watching will be entertained.
Yes. I do provide color as an option, but only with our digital caricature packages. You can view that information on our Parties & Events page under Caricature Services.
Adding color to a caricature does involve more time and will reduce the number of caricatures that can be produced in a given time frame; however, I must say that they do look good!
Children under the age of 4-5 do not have enough facial definition to render a good caricature; however, I will do my best to assist with these requests.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American express via PayPal. We also accept PayPal payments. Credit card payments over the phone is another possibility along with company or certified bank checks and good ol’ cash.
We maintain rights on all caricatures and artwork that we produce. This means that we require that you seek our permission if you plan on reselling the artwork in some way, or plan on using it for commercial purposes. You may reproduce the caricature yourself as many times as you wish for your own personal use. Other charges apply for commercial use. We also reserve the right to republish your caricature for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes free of charge.
